Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to run the site.

• Account details — your name, email, role (landlord/property manager or tenant) and optional address and default state/county.
• Saved cases — answers you choose to save from the wizards, form generators and the Court Forms Wizard. They are visible only to you (and to site administrators for support).
• Filled-in court forms — PDFs are filled in inside your own browser; the completed file is not uploaded to or stored on our server.
• Forum posts — public. Please don’t include personal details.
• Unsaved wizard answers — kept only in your own browser until you save them or clear your browser data.

We do not sell your information. To delete your account or saved cases, email info@evictweb.com.
