How it works
- Pay once per filing. One payment unlocks every document of that eviction case or tenant answer — forever. Come back to edit your answers and download again at no extra cost.
- Ways to pay: credit or debit card, Google Pay and Apple Pay (through Stripe’s secure checkout), or PayPal. We never see or store your card number.
- Court fees are separate. Courts charge their own filing and service fees; those are paid to the court, not to EvictWeb.
- Free tools stay free. The guides, court details, forum and the free wizards don’t require payment.
