    This short answer has no space to explain defenses: tick admit or deny for each item, and bring your evidence and explanation to the hearing (or attach a page). Complete the certificate of service on page 2 when you deliver or mail a copy to the landlord. Write your county's judicial district number (e.g. Laramie = 1st, Natrona = 7th) in the caption.
