Washington Eviction Court Forms
Washington has no single statewide eviction complaint form. Here is what the courts there publish, and how to prepare your papers.
No statewide eviction complaint form in Washington
No statewide pattern eviction summons/complaint; unlawful detainer summons form is prescribed by statute (RCW 59.18.365) and filed by landlords/attorneys.
What this means for you: ask the clerk of the court where the property is located which eviction complaint and summons it uses (many courts publish their own), or have an attorney prepare the pleadings. EvictWeb’s Eviction Wizard and Notice to Quit generator help you organise the facts; the Court Forms Wizard can print an information sheet with your answers to copy onto the court’s form.
